  • How long does it take to get my order?

    Normally, all orders up to 15 units made until 12h00m of the same working day, are shipped within 48 hours (working days only). The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on the location of your country. If your order has more than 15 units, we will send you an e-mail with the expected shipping date.

    Shipping time may differ in vacation periods or holiday seasons.

  • How can i pay my orders?

    We accept Credit Card and Paypal payments.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    If you want to cancel your order, contact us as soon as you can.
    If the production order has already started, we won't be able to cancel your order.

  • Do you accept returns?

    We can only accept returns in non-custom items, in case of defect.
    Custom items are not eligible for returns.

  • My order hasn't arrived yet, what can i do?

    Allow a full week after your order is marked shipped. If after that period your order doesn't arrive, contact us.
